Solid Roof
Full protection from sun and rain. Cedar embossed texture that looks like real wood but will never rot, warp, or need a coat of paint. Built-in gutter system keeps everything dry.
Faux Cantilever
The dramatic look of a cantilever with extra structural muscle. Setback posts give you that floating roof feel while handling heavier loads and wider spans.
Insulated Solid Roof
The top of the line. 3-inch foam-filled panels that cut heat transfer dramatically. Your patio stays up to 20 degrees cooler than a standard aluminum cover. You can run electrical through concealed channels for fans, lights, speakers.

It depends on style, size, and configuration. A basic lattice cover starts in the low thousands, and a fully insulated cover with electrical runs higher. We give free on-site quotes so you get an exact number for your space. No ballpark games.
In most Arizona cities, yes. We handle the entire permitting process for you. We pull the permit, schedule the inspections, and make sure everything is up to code. You don't have to deal with any of it.
Most patio covers are fully installed in 1-2 days once materials arrive. The permitting process can take a few weeks depending on your city, but we keep you updated the whole time.
