"After 22 years it became increasingly difficult to get grass to grow in our backyard due to the mature trees that provide us with much needed shade from our Arizona sun. So we decided that a synthetic lawn was the best choice to help us keep a lush green and inviting outdoor space for us, our kids and our dogs. I reached out to no less than three artificial lawn companies to get a quote and GFA was the only one to respond. They came out to our home and showed us our options for different textures and styles. My biggest concern was SEEMS. Every single synthetic grass installation that I have seen in my neighborhood had visible seems. GFA uses a zipper method when joining two different sections of grass. The GFA zipper seem makes it impossible for me to see the seems in my grass."

"Our first introduction to GFA Green Forever was our meeting with Tom arriving on time and carefully explaining the process. He took the time to make sure we understood what materials would be used and how to take care of them. He took pictures of our existing backyard and prepared a detailed plan of how we wanted the placement of materials. Once we placed our order the office called to confirm our start date and reviewed the timing of the process and delivery of materials. Preparation day started on time with the arrival of a “dump truck” full of dirt and crew that would be working on the yard. They had a lot to do…removing all the rock in the backyard and replacing it in the front yard. For the next few days, they laid PVC for the watering system and made sure the electrical in the yard was in place. Next came the installation of the border, the grass around the pool, trees, and back landscaping It has been amazing every day to see how the work has progressed. Andy came to do a layout and design based on a few ideas I had in mind and his insight and suggestion for the pavers and walkway sold me then and there. "We contacted several different companies to give us quotes on transforming our new build back yard. I was SHOCKED at how many called me to say they don’t service Maricopa! We ended up meeting with Green Forever and two other companies and the Green Forever salesman, Brandin, won us over! First of all he paid attention to what we wanted measured the yard, drew up the design all right there on the spot. He then sat down with my husband and I and explained the entire process we should expect and showed us a video of an install. He educated us about different types of turf, and knew a time line of when we could expect our project to start. We talked it over after he left and decided the following week to go with Green Forever. Right off the bat, The office manager/scheduler, Kimmie was extremely pleasant and helpful getting us scheduled right away and also giving us the name and number of our project manager and the office number in case we had any questions. (This kind of customer service just sets the tone for a good experience!) we were scheduled about 3 weeks from the day we signed our contract. The day before our start date our project manager Warren reached out and let us know pavers and dirt would be delivered and that he’d be at our house to walk through the project before the crew arrived to get started. HE WAS RIGHT ON TIME! (Unheard of in the contractor world!) He mapped out the design with spray paint and made sure everything looked right to me and then said the crew was finishing up a job and would be here around noon to start. And guess what…the crew was ON TIME TOO! They were here at noon and in a span of about 4 hours they got all the gravel from our back yard moved to the front and side yards, weed barrier down and dirt moved on to the weed barrier. The next morning they were here at 7am and got right to work…they worked straight through the day until after 6pm when it was getting dark out and finished our entire yard! Paver patio and turf were all done and they cleaned up the entire area front and back even hosing down the drive way and the street where the dirt had been! We were so shocked they got it done so quickly and the next day when the sun was up we admired our transformed yard! Warren came back that afternoon to check on the job and make sure we were happy. He also explained the warranty and how we could best take care of our new yard. The grass patch in the backyard was also a selling point for us as we have three large dogs. "We had these guys do a 15'x25' area of grass that we had in place for about 5 years. When they arrived they took the time to cover our travertine pool deck so no damage would happen. Afterwards they immediately started cutting the old grass out and boy did they make short work of it. In no time the grass was gone and the cover was down and the 1/4 minus was going down and in less than 6 hours they were done with the forever lawn. Now they started their efforts on the pavers in the front. Let me tell you our driveway is curved and we want a 2' starting point at the street and following the curvature of the driveway it spreads out to 6-1/2' at the top to match up with our entry sidewalk. Both were done in the same day and it looks amazing."
