Yes. The City of Phoenix treats an attached patio cover as a permitted structure: it wants drawings, a plan review, and a final inspection before the job is legally done. Most neighboring cities work the same way. We handle all of it for you. We pull the permit, schedule the inspections, and make sure everything is up to code.
